Job Description/Duties
- Assist in answering all incoming calls, and walk in customers
- Primary liaison for assigned customer base
- Own the entire supply chain:
- Quoting
- Sales order entry
- Scheduling the order
- Purchasing
- Inventory Control
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors
- Work towards growing the business with existing customers or new prospects
