Job Description/Duties

  • Assist in answering all incoming calls, and walk in customers
  • Primary liaison for assigned customer base
  • Own the entire supply chain:
    • Quoting
    • Sales order entry
    • Scheduling the order
    • Purchasing
    • Inventory Control
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors
  • Work towards growing the business with existing customers or new prospects
